As the colors of the leaves begin to change, so do my nails! It's the easiest seasonal transition to make when it comes to personal style, especially with most of us being at home. With new restrictions making us review old practices, ahem bi-weekly manicures, I can't think of a better activity to do while being encouraged to stay indoors. Put on your favorite chick flick, or Emily In Paris, and indulge in a little self care.
These are five nail colors to wear on repeat in autumn.
Go Overboard is a perfect shade of teal that's rich, bold, dramatic and deep. It easily goes with everything your autumn wardrobe offers, and compliments all skin tones.
2. Sweater Weather - Essie
With a name so fitting, this intense forest foliage green is the perfect addition to your nail polish collection. Its glossy and flickered with golden dust, and was my favorite color from the 2019 Essie fall collection. This year Essie have released Heart Of The Jungle - a similar color that is more muted in shade.
Plum and fall go together like salt and pepper. Bahama Mama is one of those colors that just pop in autumn time, especially on warmer skin tones. This color is creamy, rich, warm, deep and a classic.
Cargo Cameo is the epitome of autumn - a burnt rusty brown with a pearl shimmer that's fiery, warm, and vivid. Cargo Cameo is part of the new Essie limited edition 2020 fall collection, so get it quick.
One of Essie's best selling nail colors is Eternal Optimist - a warm, spiced, rose color nail polish that is a neutral sophisticated staple in any collection. Even though it's rosy, it is a great alternative to nude.
Have fun with your nails! Pin for later!
